WHY DO I FOLLOW THE SEASONS?

Pioneer is not a title, it’s a daily reflexion and actions! my practice evolves a lot along the way, especially when i started to listen to “my horse”  (reference to my body). As i realize i don’t do sport. The question came to me so why do i follow those rules then? Athletes follow calendars which are written around the competitions! I don’t have competition and i’m quite happy as i am now! My beliefs, my teaching has always been close to nature! i decided to follow the nature exactly like animal do, listening to my mood and my energy flow. and this is why i developed my following seasons concept:

1 AWAKENING

  • Awakening spring
  • Expressing summer
  • Smooth autumn
  • Sanctuary winter

” Every living creatures are affected by the seasons and organize their lives around it, so do i “

BORED TO TRAIN NOT BORN TO TRAIN?

The need for training after more than 20 years starting to disappear! Does it mean i am giving up or is that an evolution? strangely i found boring to do exercises and reps just for the pleasure of doing it! Some peoples said sport is like a drug! Well it takes me a long time to meditate on it and find my new way (personal evolution).  I had to do a kind of detox of exercises and reshape my activity! To me training is a preparation for an event or a performance to be done and as i don’t have any events and nothing to truly perform about, i stopped!  Doing nothing is impossible for me as i love to move, Yes i love activities! Like you do i’m sure! Following my intuition i decided to do only what i love, Practicing! I encourage you to practice all activities not only one. For me practicing is different than training! Practicing is for fun and just for fun! (Childrens practices!) and Training is for a purpose and it’s very demanding (Don’t train for nothing!).

So if an opportunity comes i’ll train but while nothing is planned i practice! 🙂 this is my way!

WELL BEING, PLAYFUL, SELF DEVELOPMENT

Those are my core values.

Here is some questions you have to meditate on:

What is it being healthy?  How much practice do you have to do to feel good? How far do you want to go and push?

Personally i respect my body which i call “the horse” as i believe, me , my mind is “the Cavalier”.

Always think of well-being in your way of living!

Do you remember when you were kids and use to play with absolute freedom? Are you still laughing when you practice?

My goal is to truly enjoy everything i do especially in term of expression, exactly like when i was a child

Playful is your key word!

What do you want? what is your goal, your purpose?  Are your efforts really dedicated to achieve your dream?

If you want to develop yourself,

to evolve, you have to take some risks and get out of your comfort zone but don’t take risks blindly!

The risks you are taking are really linked with your goals!

Once you’ve got your goal, prepare yourself properly!

Self-development is our quest!

I believe taking risks in life should come with a good reason, a goal!  Then comes the preparation!

That is why we must find our way!
